Catherine gained a first class honours degree in Nutritional Science at University College Cork, Ireland.
After returning from a year’s travelling, Catherine worked as a scientific information specialist for a well known healthcare company, helping educate people about science and nutrition. As a qualified nutritionist Catherine will be able to answer any nutrition and weight loss-related queries.
